My stay at Star Metro Deira Hotel Apartments had its ups and downs. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished for a long stay, which I appreciated. However, the service was inconsistent, with several issues during my visit, such as delays in housekeeping and poor room maintenance. Additionally, the amenities left much to be desired. Overall, the location was convenient, but I struggled with the level of service I expected. 🌟🛏️

While the location was perfect for accessing the metro and local amenities, I faced several challenges, including poor room cleanliness and issues with my booking upon check-in. However, I appreciated the staff's friendliness and willingness to help, which made some of the tougher moments a bit easier to bear.

I had a great time at Star Metro Deira Hotel Apartments! The room was massive, super clean, and had a fully equipped kitchen which was a huge plus. The service from the staff, especially Ms. Ana and Mr. Moin, was great and super prompt. However, I faced a little inconvenience with the balcony being locked during my stay, making it hard to place some of my plants there. Overall, I’m really pleased with my experience!
